We go through a thorough needs assessment process, during which we go through your current processes and systems in place to put together a process and workflow that best suits your needs and budget.


We are completely transparent in our pricing process and we work through the pricing process together, which will help us understand where we would add best value for your investment with us.


Once the above two steps are completed, we will develop a mutually agreeable timeline to transition your accounting needs to us.

We do not have set fees for our services as each business's needs are unique. Our pricing  is customized for each client, based on their inidvidual business needs and stage of their business as not every business needs payroll services or CFO support. For example, some of the factors that determine pricing are as per the following:

1. Bank and Credit Cards - How many bank and credit card accounts does the business have?

2. Activity levels - What are the average number of monthly transactions  on each bank and credit card account?

3. Frequency - Do you need monthly financial statements or quarterly?

4. Complexity - Does the business need to file quarterly or annual HST return? Do you do business in multiple currencies?
